Reservations & Terms:

Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of a nonrefundable 50% deposit. Full balance of payment is due 45 days prior to clients arrival. A confirmation voucher which is required to check–into the property will only be issued on receipt of 100% payment. Simba wa Kale Resort may at its discretion not honor a booking if payment has not been received as indicated on the payment schedule.

Short time bookings:

Short time bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of a nonrefundable 100% of payment. Pro Forma Invoice will expire after 48h – after the same time bookings without the receipt of the full payment will be cancelled.

Cancellation Terms:

For cancellations or amendments received between: 120 – 45 days 20% of total cost will be charged  44 – 30 days 30% of total cost will be charged Within 30 days 100% of total cost will be charged Insurances.
